Your first 30 days with PourScore®

We’ve worked hard to make the installation, POS integration, and training as seamless as possible for you and your teams. In just 30 days you’ll know your PourScore® and be running a more efficient, quality-first, profitable draft program.

DAY 1

PourScore® Purchase

You’ve made the decision to demand more (profit) from your draft program with Floteq. Now it’s time to schedule your $0 installation with a member of our team. We’ll handle the logistics once we determine a date that works well for you.

DAY 7-13

Installation & POS Sync

We take care of the hardware and other installation materials and cost for you. We’ll be on-site until the job is done. At this time we’ll also request access to the necessary POS data to map each sensor to your tap sales. A little tech talk, and we’re on our way. This step typically takes between 24-72 hours depending on the unique requirements of your cooler, internet, and POS configurations.

DAY 14

Initial Data Review

Now that we have your sensors and Floteq brain box installed, it’s time to review the data that is flowing from your POS into Floteq’s admin portal. We’ll review the initial findings, troubleshoot any necessary issues, and move forward to building your first PourScore® report. We’ll also use this time to review your FloBoard™ settings, ensuring a dynamic, accurate promotional experience is ready for your guests and team.

DAY 21

First PourScore® Review

It’s time for the big reveal with your first PourScore® report. We’ll walk through your Floteq dashboard, highlight the highs & lows we see in your PourScore report, and give you specific feedback to fix known issues. We often find substantial profit-saving insights between Day 7 and Day 21, providing ROI before your first invoice even gets issued. Another review of you FloBoard™ settings will also take place to maximize the impact of each guest-facing display.

DAY 28

Final Tweaks

We’ll use this touchpoint to address any final tweaks with your PourScore® & FloBoard™ configurations and reporting. It’s a final checkpoint before officially going live with Floteq!

DAY 30

PourScore® Launch & First Invoice

Now that we’ve crossed our t’s and dotted our i’s, it’s time to officially go live. At this point, your team will be trained, you’ll be receiving alerts on your desktop and mobile app, and customers will be getting to know FloBoard™. All of that happens before your first invoice even lands. We’re excited for the more profitable draft program that’s ahead of you with Floteq by your side.
